Refund & Return Policy

Cutvibepro strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

Items that have been damaged by misuse, improper handling, or that show signs of wear will not be eligible for a full refund.

Some products may be non-returnable (e.g. custom orders, used products, special consumables). We will state clearly on the product page if an item is non-returnable.
2. Initiating a Return

Before sending any item back, you must obtain pre-authorization (return approval) from our Customer Support team by contacting support@cutvibepro.com.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return address, and packing instructions.

You may be required to use a prepaid return label we provide (for defective or incorrect items) or to ship the item back at your own cost (for buyer’s remorse returns).
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking

For returns at buyer’s expense, the cost of the original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

If a restocking fee is applied, it will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days (could vary depending on your bank or payment method).

Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, model, or variant), please contact us first at support@cutvibepro.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For exchange returns, you may need to pay the shipping cost to send back the original item and to ship the replacement.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and details.

We will evaluate and, if validated, offer one of the following:
1. Replacement of the item (preferred)
2. Full refund including original shipping cost
3. Partial refund (if item can be used with limitations) -
Do not discard the packaging or damaged item until we confirm next steps—we may ask for them for inspection or claims with carriers.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Items marked non-returnable or final sale

Items that are used, worn, or without original packaging

Consumable supplies that have been opened or used

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items

Items with missing parts or damaged by buyer
8. Policy Modifications & Exceptions

We reserve the right to amend, alter, or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the site.

In exceptional cases, we may make exceptions at our discretion (for example, in cases of extreme delay, customs issues, or high-value orders).
